THE SEEGER SPRING REPRESENTS A REVOLUTION IN FIXED IMPLANTOPROSTHESIS ALLOWING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF MANY THROUGH-SCREW HOLES IN AESTHETIC AREAS.

The O.B.A. subequatorial component allows for the housing of an interchangeable acetal ring - known as the "SEEGER spring" - inside the Extragrade cylindrical abutment, one of the original elements in the methodology, representing the third alternative of implant connections after screwed and cemented solutions. The Seeger spring creates retention and a hold that work in Seeger Bridge fixed prostheses.

OT EQUATOR THE SMALLEST AND MOST VERSATILE ATTACHMENT IN THE WORLD

The OT Equator Biological Attachment (OBA) attachment was created in 2007 as a collaboration between the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Rhein '83. It is a reduced-sized attachment where the design was achieved by modifying the OT Cap sphere from Rhein '83 by removing the upper and lower poles and maintaining only the central equatorial retentive component which gave it its name, "EQUATOR". It is a polyvalent product that can be used to create every type of prosthesis. The components for removable dentures are marketed and distributed by Rhein '83, while the components for Seeger Bridge fixed prostheses are marketed and distributed by OT Implant.

THE OT EQUATOR ATTACHMENT IS SUPPLIED FOR ALL TYPES AND BRANDS OF IMPLANTS IN THE WORLD

The non-communicating closed-end threaded hole on the head of the attachment within the implant prevents coronal-apical bacterial infiltrations. The main mechanical advantage of the O.B.A. system is its multi-functionality. It allows you to mount fixed prostheses onto the implants; mobile prostheses can be used in overdenture technique. It can be used for both Seeger Bridge fixed prosthesis projects as well as for a double structure Seeger Bar combined prosthesis.

The prosthetic advantage of the O.B.A. pillar is its exceptional ability to overcome any divergent implants, even in extreme cases of over 80 degrees, without having to resort to dedicated implant components such as MUA and / or expensive burring and machining operations that are technically involving with long working times.

THE ROTATIONAL CONNECTION OF OT EQUATOR BIOLOGICAL ATTACHMENT (O.B.A.) ENSURES AN ACCURACY ABOVE ALL NON-ROTATIONAL SUPPORT COMPONENTS. ITS INSERTION DURING SURGERY PROMOTES THE FORMATION OF THE EPITHELIUM CONNECTIVAL JUNCTION ON ITS SMOOTH EXTERNAL OUTER SURFACE.

The O.B.A. pillar was designed to be screwed onto the implant during the surgical phase, substituting the healing screw, designed not to be removed again. The O.B.A. pillar promotes the formation of the hemidesmosomal barrier for the prevention of the coronal-apical infiltration phenomena, due to inflammatory processes, mucositis, periimplantitis and peri-implant bone resorption.
